The Covenant
A Brief Introduction
Some have interpreted this Enterprise as a possible advance into a future of free and abundant energy. Abundant yes, but not necessarily free! What this means is that there is a "Covenant" included - an acceptance and fulfillment of necessary moral principles - not as a restriction of legitimate freedom but as a protection for mankind's peaceful advance into the future. Such is the scope and utility of the energy that if used immorally war, as a prime example, would inevitably be ongoing, super destructive and annihilative. The question will be asked. How can God make sure His Covenant is upheld? Study 'Secrets - The Basic Secrets of the Natural and Supernatural'. A disclosure of God's "Involuntary" and "Voluntary" response to the needs of His created Universe.
Involuntary response as a reflex - programmed or automatic - response is the basis of the "Natural Law" - The basis of Science.
Voluntary response is a considered and gratuitous response by the Trinity of God which overrides the natural law as a supernatural benefaction, a miracle which in this case is to provide abundant and convenient energy, hence the need for a "Covenant".
The principal therefore is that those who infringe the "Covenant" will forfeit the Energy and its benefits!
The Principles of the Covenant
First Principle
Because the energy is potentially abundant and convenient it could or would be used in an unscrupulous way without strict and enforceable standards of what God has called behavioral use.
The first or primary principle therefore is behavioral use which is the way the energy is intended to be used and will be allowed or denied at “God’s all knowing, wise discretion”.
